FollowThroo is brandstac's flagship in-house product: a full-stack, AI-powered multi-channel outreach platform and unified CRM, built entirely by the studio.
The product
FollowThroo automates personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and social comments, with central rate-limiting and safety guardrails, deliverability warm-ups and multi-department pipeline tracking. Every decision, frontend and backend, feature and architecture, was made in-house.
The intelligence
An autonomous Claude-based agent sends, drafts below a confidence threshold, moves pipeline stages and updates lead qualification scores. A lightweight model classifies reply intent — interested, objection, out-of-office, wrong person, unsubscribe — while identity resolution merges email, phone and LinkedIn into a single lead with one unified timeline.
Trust and safety
A hash-chained, tamper-evident compliance ledger records consent, opt-outs and GDPR deletion. Humanised send jitter (30–90s) and warm-up curves protect deliverability, and a Manifest V3 Chrome extension performs LinkedIn actions. Channels degrade gracefully when unconfigured.
The stack
Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, PostgreSQL with Prisma, Redis with BullMQ, better-auth multi-tenancy, the Anthropic SDK, Nodemailer/Gmail API with DKIM and an IMAP reply poller, and Twilio/Meta for WhatsApp. The dashboard spans a Home work queue, Leads, Lead detail, a Unified Inbox, a campaign sequence builder, an AI Agent panel and Reports.
